Dr. Wang is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of the company.
He is responsible for all technical aspects of the company operation including product development, quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory. He is the leading scientist of the company for developing innovative products and technologies. Dr. Wang has over 22 years of pharmaceutical industrial experience with extensive experience in formulation & process development, manufacturing, and quality operation. Dr. Wang is specialized in extended/controlled release oral drug delivery dosage forms, as well as specialty pediatric and geriatric dosage forms. He is the inventor of the company’s SD drug delivery platform, a proprietary power for oral liquid dosage form that is specifically designed for pediatric and geriatric patients. Prior to founding the company, Dr. Wang served as Vice President of Product Development at AustarPharma LLC and Senior Manager of Technology Development at URL Pharma, Inc. (formerly URL/Mutual, acquired by Takeda America Holdings, Inc.). Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutics from Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy of Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York, and a B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, Guangzhou, China.
